ZOOBOMB - NIGHT SHOT - Experimental Photography Project

I'm working on a 9 week project for my own creative fun. I had one chance last night and managed to get the picture off of the zoobombers flying by. Had some fun with a trick or two. Here's the pic I got:

It's me! I wondered what that huge flash was last night, very cool Eric!

That's awesome Dave! I got you! ha ha. I was worried I was gonna make someone crash so that's why I was on a straightaway. Pretty funny responses...."what in the hell was that?" ha ha. I yelled..."picture!" I was nervous I was gonna screw up my one and only attempt.

Hahahah wow that is sick all the crazy light patterns! Damn!

Prolonged shutter speed?

yeah, bulb setting for about 30 seconds or so and holding a handheld flash with green mylar over the end of it and flashing a few times as the zoobombers go by. Otherwise all you'd get is streaks of light.

I wanna see that one you were talking about where you used the flashlights to color in two sets of legs while one person was doing a handstand.
