wow thanks fellas, two threads one for each day!? hehe

the ride's really not as tough as it might sound, long as you're in decent shape, it's just "plugging along" consistently. and it's really cool to see this whole stretch of rural roads at ground level -- the first day at around 137 miles (Castle Rock), the second day around 70. i'd be stoked to have someone along. looks like Barefoot Ted might join this year.

the tricky part at this point is you gotta get someone to transfer their registration, since STP sold out on June 11th. all the details for that are up on my blog -- http://pavedwave.myfastforum.org/STP_2008_You_Ready__about88.html

but if some of you want to drop in closer to portland for the last hour or so, when our feets are like bloody stumps, that would be cool!!
