Greetings from the land of Eternal Spring

Greetings from Quito, Ecuador. I just got back from a week in the Ecuadorian jungle. It was truely amazing. Touched Anacondas, fished for piranas (and cought several), Visited a shawmen, hiked in beutifull primary rain forest, paddeled down a jungle river in a leeky dugout canue, and much more.
So far I havn't seen anether skater. However when I do skate the locals always stop to watch with a smile on there face. I am headed to the Galoagos islands tomorrow for five days. Then back to Quito for spanish lessons and a stay with a local family. I will upload photoes as soon as I can. Looks like you all are doing some kick-ass skating. Good luck to all the Portland riders in upcomeing races. Take care.
