New Forum Launch 3/1/10
So we have been slaving away for the past three months working on updating the PDXDownhill website, and it is almost done!! The new website will have a number of awesome new features. You will now easily be able to surf fluidly through the new site from the headlines to the forum and back again. We have added the most complete Downhill Event Calendar including events from California, Canada, and all over the NW! We are also working on an official map of hills and parks in the Portland and surrounding area, that will be added soon after the change over.
Due to the change over, the current forum will be abandoned and all threads will start anew. This means that if there is anything in particular that you wanted to save from this forum, now is the time to download it onto your computer. Also, if you have this site or forum bookmarked you may want to update your bookmarks to just link to www.PDXDownhill.com this will be all you need to surf the new site.
Over the past two years PDX Downhill has grown immensely. We have gone from a simple forum for communication, to complete resource for Portland Longboarding. From connecting for small sessions to organizing larger outlaw events PDX Downhill is about growing the community which is now almost 200 strong! Our hopes are that with our new more complete site, we will be able to draw in new sponsorships and raise revenue to for even bigger (possibly legitimate) events here in Portland. So brace yourselves for the new PDXDownhill.com it is almost here!

Nice.
Will we have to re-register, or how does that work?

My appologies, there are still a couple of format adjustments we need to make. I am going to try and get it all cleaned up by the weekend.
